1.4 Use “Variables” and “Blocks” (under “More Blocks”)

2. Bio-inspired Design Project: Due Wed. Midnight (Sep. 3)

This assignment should be quick and dirty.

Present your own findings and initial idea sketches for your artificial lighting system (considering LEDs)

Use letter paper with hand drawings > then scanned them and upload on the class blog by Monday Midnight.

Late work will be down-graded 10% daily.

2.0b Write General Information: general name / Scientific name, size (dimensions), weight, moving speed, geographic location, climate, food chain (predator, eat), life cycle, breeding speed,

2.1 Collect two pictures/images

2.2 Draw two diagrams/sketches (your own diagrams with someone else’s)

2.3 Write texts that describes the characteristics of your selected species (your own summary with someone else’s)

2.4 Draw your initial pencil idea sketches in grid papers with proper scales

2.5 Draw sections, elevations, plans of your project including your desk area + wall + window + lighting (hand drawing sketches, in scale )
